Another question I get asked almost every day is “Why should I use a Managing Agent?” The answer for me is an absolute no-brainer…

There are well over 170 pieces of different legislation involved for a Landlord renting their property out and unless being a Landlord is your full time occupation, you need to employ a reputable agent to adhere to these on your behalf to ensure that you are compliant. The repercussions for getting these wrong can be catastrophic!

MEES legislation (Minimum Energy Efficient Standards)
