Comparing the Market…

It isn’t Meerkats with accents or insurance I wanted to talk about today, but instead I wanted to look back at the Rental Market from January 2018 compared to January 2019.

In January 2018, 31 properties came onto the rental market in Reddish, SK5, compared to the 39 properties that came onto the rental market in January 2019.

That is a massive 25% increase from last year and shows the growth that the lettings market is seeing in Reddish.

Alongside the increase in the number of new properties brought to the market, Reddish has seen an increase of nearly 10% in the number of properties that were let in January compared to January 2018.

With the amount of discussion in the media surrounding Brexit and the ever increasing number of challenges facing Landlords, it is incredibly positive to see the rental market in Stockport and South Manchester continue to grow.
